Placing an order
How to place an order?
You can place your order by following the steps below: 1- You choose the items you want to order and you click on Add to Cart: You will see a table with the product name and size, the quantity and the price before taxes, shipping, and handling fee. If you want to remove this item from your cart, you check the box in the REMOVE column and you click on UPDATE. If you would like to add more items, you should click on CONTINUE SHOPPING, you choose your next item and you click on ADD TO CART: 2- When you finish shopping you should click on CHECKOUT. If you are a new customer you should click on CONTINUE in the NEW CUSTOMER section (left side). If you are an existing customer, you should enter your email and password in the RETURNING CUSTOMER section (right side) and click on SIGN IN. 3- After creating your account, you should go to your shopping cart and follow the same steps shown before. 4- In this step, you should choose the shipping address and the delivery option. If you would like to send your order to different address, you can add a new address by clicking on CHANGE ADDRESS. You can add a comment about your order in the blank space in the bottom of this page. Finally, you click on CONTINUE to pass to the next step. 5- You choose your payment method and you click on CONTINUE. 6- You enter your credit card information and your click on the confirmation Button. 7- After your payment is accepted, you will receive a confirmation by email. 8- You will receive also another email from customer service.
