N-TI GUARANTEE: Satisfaction guaranteed or money refunded.

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase with your receipt within 15 days of your purchase for a refund or exchange. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after these time periods, please let us know. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Please note that the item price and applicable taxes will be refunded. Shipping, handling will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part, or merchandise is defective or otherwise not as advertised.

Internet Return Policy

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund or exchange by following these steps.
   1.    Include proof of purchase (original bill of sale)
   2.    Return items in unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories
   3.    Returns will be credited back to the original tender type
   4.    Damages on home delivered items must be reported within 24 hours
   5.    Only N-TI Merchandise will be accepted
